Landscape Crew Member/ driver (Spanish preferred)

Duties

• Operate various landscaping equipment, including power tools, hand tools, to perform landscape maintenance tasks.
• Assist with planting, pruning, tree care, lawn care, mowing, and general gardening duties to enhance outdoor aesthetics.
• Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, edging, trimming trees and shrubs, and snow plowing during winter months.
• Safely drive company vehicles to transport crew members and equipment between job sites while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Identify plants and pests accurately to ensure proper plant health management and pesticide application when necessary.

Requirements

• Prior experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license( preferred) with a clean driving record; experience operating commercial vehicles preferred.
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques including lawn care, tree trimming, and snow plowing.
• Strong physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, working outdoors in various weather conditions, and performing manual labor safely.
• Excellent teamwork skills combined with attention to detail; proactive attitude toward safety and maintenance procedures.
