Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of landscape crew members to execute landscaping projects efficiently and to high standards
• Oversee landscape tasks including softscape installation, low voltage lighting, minor hardscape maintenance and irrigation system installation and repairs
• Coordinate construction activities such as installing hardscapes, retaining walls, and other landscape features
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations to maintain a secure work environment
• Conduct quality checks on completed work and provide guidance for continuous improvement
• Manage equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and supply inventory to keep operations running smoothly
• Support team training on landscaping techniques, horticultural practices, and safety procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping projects, or related fields with supervisory or leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of lawn care, gardening, horticulture, tree care, irrigation systems, and general landscaping techniques
• Hands-on experience with construction tasks related to outdoor environments
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, digging, and operating landscaping equipment
