EXPERIENCED Landscaper

Job Summary

Seeking hard-working, reliable, and skilled Landscapers to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape installation tasks such as planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and boulders.
• Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment.
• Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as pruning trees and shrubs, mulching beds, and installing irrigation systems.
• Execute general site cleanup, debris (litter, sticks, limbs, leaves) removal, and routine inspections to uphold high standards of property appearance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of landscape experience REQUIRED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with reliable transportation.
• Strong understanding of tree care techniques including trimming and pruning.
• Hands-on knowledge of using hand tools and power tools.
• Experience running heavy machinery such as excavators not necessary, but a plus.
• Ability to take direction from crew leads, owner, office.
• Go-getter. Must take initiative. Complete jobs in a timely fashion while maintaining high quality standards.
• Monday through Friday work week. 7am start.

Potential for salary increase after show of top knowledge and experience.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
