Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tree Care Aerial Specialist who excels at technical climbing, aerial lift operation, advanced rigging, and precision pruning. This position is ideal for a well-rounded tree care professional who values both high-quality pruning and technical removals and is comfortable using climbing systems, aerial lifts, cranes, and other modern equipment as conditions dictate.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform advanced tree climbing using both Moving Rope Systems (MRS) and Stationary Rope Systems (SRS) in accordance with current industry best practices.
• Climb safely and efficiently with or without climbing spurs (spikes), depending on the work being performed and accepted arboricultural standards.
• Safely operate aerial lifts to perform pruning, removals, rigging, and hazardous tree work.
• Execute advanced rigging operations while protecting personnel, client property, and surrounding landscapes.
