Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tree Care Crew Foreman to lead crews safely and efficiently while delivering exceptional tree care services. This position is ideal for a proven leader who values safety, professionalism, quality workmanship, crew development, and customer satisfaction.

The Crew Foreman serves as the primary field leader responsible for crew performance, job site safety, production efficiency, equipment care, communication, customer satisfaction, and overall job quality.

This is a leadership position for someone who wants to help build a professional tree care company, not simply complete tree work.

Primary Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and motivate crews of two or more employees.

- Conduct daily Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), safety briefings, and job planning meetings.
