Overview

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Crew Members to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining beautiful landscapes and providing exceptional lawn care services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure well-maintained lawns.
• Execute landscape maintenance duties such as planting, weeding, and mulching.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for various landscaping tasks, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
• Operate equipment such as excavators for larger landscaping projects.
• Assist in tree care activities including tree trimming and removal when necessary.
• Implement irrigation systems and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure proper functionality.
• Participate in snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access for clients.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

Experience

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus, particularly related to the operation of landscaping equipment and tools.
• Familiarity with horticulture practices and gardening techniques will be beneficial.
• Experience with hardscape installation is an advantage but not mandatory.
