Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Lawn Care Help to join our dynamic landscaping team! In this role, you will assist with maintaining beautiful, healthy lawns and landscapes by supporting various groundskeeping and horticultural tasks. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work and attention to detail will contribute to creating inviting outdoor spaces for our clients. Duties

• Assist with mowing lawns using power tools and lawn mowers to ensure neat, even grass coverage.
• Support landscape maintenance activities such as planting, pruning, edging, and weeding to enhance garden aesthetics.
• Help identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to support proper horticultural care.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery like trimmers, blowers, and edgers safely and effectively.
• Aid in irrigation system installation, inspection, and repairs to ensure proper watering of landscapes.
• Participate in snow plowing and snow removal during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe.
• Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and basic arborist tasks with supervision.

Experience

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
• Experience operating small machinery such as excavators or other construction equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of plant identification, pesticide management, or horticulture practices is beneficial.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
