Do you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in creating attractive landscapes? Sonoran Oasis Landscaping is seeking a dependable Part-Time Landscape Crew Member to help maintain residential and commercial properties throughout the Tucson area.

Responsibilities Include

• Landscape maintenance including weed removal, pruning, planting, and general property cleanup
• Operating landscape equipment such as string trimmers, blowers, and mowers
• Assisting with irrigation repairs and landscape improvement projects as needed
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and professional work environment
• Working cooperatively with crew members to complete scheduled tasks efficiently

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Valid driver's license is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting pay: $15.45–$15.75 per hour, depending on experience
• Part-time position: 16–40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday
• Early morning start times with schedules varying based on workload and season
