Landscape Laborer

Smiling Dog Landscapes is a family oriented, locally owned company that has been in business for over 22 years. With very high employee retention, more than 50% of our staff have worked with us for more than 5 years. We are seeking likeminded individuals who want to learn and grow in the industry and have interest in or knowledge of Arizona native plant life.

As a member of our team you will work in a small crew performing duties such as: Trimming trees and bushes, planting and/or removing plants, pulling weeds, checking irrigation systems, minor irrigation repairs, raking and more. Crew members also work on installations of new landscape designs for our customers.

Shift: Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM Start Time, Weekends Off
