This is not a seasonal lawn job. This is a long-term role for someone who wants stability, responsibility, and room to grow.

Sunrise Lawn Care is a growing, owner-operated property services company serving HOAs, commercial sites, and residential communities across Seminole County. We are expanding into higher-margin services including cleanups, gutter work, and power washing and we are building the right team to support that growth.

If you are reliable, coachable, and take pride in your work, we want to talk. If you struggle with showing up, accountability, or effort, this will not be a fit.

What This Role Actually Looks Like

• Full-time or consistent part-time work, Monday–Friday
• Start early, finish early when routes are efficient
• Outdoor, physical work in Florida conditions
• Small crews where your effort is visible and matters

Core Responsibilities

• Lawn maintenance: mowing, edging, trimming, blowing
• Property cleanups and debris removal
• Gutter cleanouts and seasonal services
• Assisting with hardscape, rock, and bed installs
• Equipment operation and daily truck care
• Working efficiently as part of a crew (no wandering, no hiding)

Pay & Growth

• $16–$20/hour, based on experience and reliability
• Overtime available during peak periods
• Clear advancement path to:
• Crew Lead / Foreman
• Specialty roles (power washing, irrigation support, hardscape assist)
• Raises are earned through performance, consistency, and attitude, not tenure
