Lawn Care Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn and Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for lawn care and landscape maintenance, ensuring that our clients' outdoor spaces are healthy, beautiful, and well-maintained. This position involves working with various hand tools and equipment to perform essential lawn care tasks, including irrigation, tree trimming, and garden upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lawn care services, including mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control.
• Maintain landscape features by trimming shrubs, hedges, and trees to promote healthy growth.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and equipment effectively to ensure optimal performance.
• Irrigate lawns and gardens as needed to maintain moisture levels for plant health.
• Assist in hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Conduct regular inspections of lawns and landscapes to identify issues or areas needing attention.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their lawn care needs.

Experience

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hand tools used in gardening and landscaping tasks is essential.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for the maintenance of equipment is a plus.
• Experience in tree care and trimming is beneficial for this role.
• A strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team are crucial for success in this position.
