We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lawn Care Leader with 3 to 5 years of commercial mowing expertise to join our vibrant landscape maintenance team. Duties

• Lead daily operations of lawn care crews, ensuring efficient scheduling and task execution for commercial mowing projects
• Drive truck and trailer and know how to back up and park
• Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming.
• Ensure all team members adhere to safety standards, proper equipment handling, and environmental regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience with commercial mowing and landscape maintenance for 3-5 years
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to lawn equipment, power tools, irrigation systems, and construction machinery
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
• Additional skills in snow plowing, landscaping design, or horticultural certification are a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
