Landscape Crew Member

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape crew member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves performing various tasks related to landscape maintenance, including lawn care, tree trimming, and hardscape installation. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with other team members to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Execute lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, edging and blowing.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks such as digging, planting, and weeding.
• Conduct tree trimming and care to maintain the health and aesthetics of trees.
• Assist in landscape maintenance activities such as mulching, edging, and irrigation setup.
• Participate in hardscape projects including the installation of patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate hand tools and small machinery safely and effectively.
• Strong physical stamina; ability to lift heavy loads and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning new techniques and skills.
• A valid driver’s license is required depending on job assignments.
