Duties

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to ensure lush and healthy grass growth.
• Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems to optimize water efficiency across various landscapes.
• Conduct landscape maintenance such as planting, pruning, trimming trees and shrubs, and applying mulch or soil amendments.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for landscape construction projects like hardscape installations or garden bed creation.
• Operate heavy equipment including excavators when needed for site preparation or drainage work
• Support tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, or removal to promote safety and aesthetic appeal.

Qualifications

• Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment including excavators is a plus.
• Prior experience in landscape maintenance or construction work demonstrates your ability to handle diverse outdoor tasks.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care techniques, gardening practices, and hardscape installation is beneficial.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols while operating machinery or performing physical tasks.
