Duties

• Lead and supervise a team of lawn care technicians and landscapers to complete projects efficiently and to high standards
• Oversee landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, and weed control
• Manage landscaping projects such as planting beds, shrubbery installation, and garden design enhancements
• Conduct inspections of work sites to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met
• Coordinate irrigation system installation, repairs, and maintenance to ensure optimal watering practices
• Provide guidance on tree care procedures including pruning, removal, and health assessments
• Support team training on horticulture best practices, equipment operation, and safety procedures

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping roles
• Strong background in lawn care techniques and horticulture principles
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care practices, gardening techniques, and construction projects related to outdoor spaces
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance equipment and tools
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Experience in project planning, safety compliance, and client communication is preferred
