Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and excavators to maintain lawns and landscapes effectively.
• Perform mowing, edging, trimming, planting, pruning, and general landscape maintenance to enhance outdoor aesthetics.
• Manage irrigation systems, including installation, repair, and seasonal adjustments to ensure optimal watering practices.
• Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and pests to support healthy landscape development and pest management strategies.
• Assist with hardscape projects such as installing pathways or retaining walls under supervision.
• Conduct routine inspections of landscape features and equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning.
• Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscape maintenance equipment.
• Experience with gardening, lawn care, tree trimming, and horticulture practices.
• Knowledge of plant identification and pesticide management techniques.
• Ability to operate irrigation systems and understand landscaping principles.
