Duties

As a Lawn Care Crew Member, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing regular lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and fertilizing
• Irrigating lawns and gardens to ensure optimal growth
• Trimming trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance
• Digging and preparing areas for planting or landscaping projects
• Assisting with hardscape installations, including patios and walkways
• Conducting landscape maintenance to keep properties looking pristine
• Utilizing hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks
• option for Snow services during winter months to maintain accessibility

Skills

To be successful in this position, candidates should possess the following skills:

• Experience with lawn care techniques and practices
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance principles
• Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently
• Familiarity with snow plowing equipment is a plus
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors
• Attention to detail in completing tasks to high standards
• Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and maintenance
