Duties

• Perform lawn care activities including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to ensure healthy, attractive lawns.
• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, mulching, bed refresh, hedge trimming and much more.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks like digging, planting, and installing landscape features.
• Use equipment such as mowers or mini skid steers when necessary to support construction projects or seasonal clean-up.
• Maintain or install hardscape elements by cleaning and repairing and installing walkways, patios, retaining walls, and other structures.
• Conduct general site cleanup, debris removal, and prepare areas for ongoing landscaping projects or seasonal changes.

Experience

• Prior experience with landscaping or lawn care is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is valued.
• Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, hand tools, and small machinery is advantageous.
• Construction experience or familiarity with hardscape installation enhances your ability to contribute effectively.
• Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant care, tree trimming, and gardening practices is a plus.
• Ability to operate equipment such as mowers or skid steers is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided.
