Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and motivated Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you will handle a variety of outdoor tasks ranging from property maintenance to specialized tree and winter services. Don't worry if you don't have experience in *every* area—we are happy to train the right person with a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Lawn Care & Landscaping: Operate commercial mowers, weed whackers, edgers, and blowers. Assist with mulch installation, planting, and spring/fall cleanups.
• Tree Services: Assist ground crews with tree trimming, removal, brush chipping, and site cleanup. Safety is our #1 priority.
• Snow & Ice Management (Winter): Participate in snow removal operations using plows, snowblowers, shovels, and salt spreaders to keep clients' properties safe.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic daily checks on tools and equipment to ensure everything is running safely and efficiently.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in landscaping, tree care, or snow removal is a big plus, but not required. We will train motivated individuals.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50+ lbs regularly) and work on your feet in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, and snow).
