PAY & COMPENSATION

• Starting Wage: $20/hr
• Expected Average: $20/hr - $27/hr
• Top Earners: Make an extra $15,000+ per year in performance bonuses alone!
• Weekly Bonus Potential: Most specialists earn a bonus every single week
