Lawn Care Crew Lead

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Lawn Care Team Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate would be passionate about maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead in performing lawn care services such as mowing, trimming, edging, de thatching and clean-ups
• Ability to Drive Trucks with Trailers, Operate and maintain equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Train new team members on proper techniques and safety procedures
• Schedule and prioritize daily tasks based on job requirements
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Communicate with customers regarding services, concerns, or special requests
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report maintenance needs
• Track time, materials, and job progress for reporting purposes
• Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns to specified heights and standards

* Operate and maintain a variety of lawn care equipment, including but not limited to:

* Zero Turns and Walk-behind Mowers

* Trimmers/weed eaters

* Edgers

* Blowers

Driver’s license and clean driving record required

Seeking candidates with minimal 3 yrs Experience, willing train right candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
