Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, planting, pruning, and irrigation system installation and repairs
• Lead landscaping projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget
• Manage crew members effectively by assigning tasks, providing training, and fostering teamwork to maximize productivity
• Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure proper care and maintenance practices are applied
• Oversee irrigation management to optimize water efficiency and system performance across multiple sites
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality standards, safety compliance, and environmental sustainability
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project specifications are met with precision
