Duties

Supervise and coordinate lawn maintenance, landscaping, gardening, and horticulture activities across multiple sites.

Lead and motivate a team of technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to client specifications.

Oversee projects related to landscape installation or upgrades, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Manage equipment maintenance, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to promote healthy plant growth.

Conduct regular inspections of landscapes for health, safety, and aesthetic appeal; address issues promptly.

Provide guidance on grass care practices and general horticultural techniques to enhance landscape vitality.

Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and environmental guidelines while maintaining high standards of quality.

Skills

Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, small equipment maintenance, or horticulture with a focus on quality results.

Strong supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively and foster collaboration

Knowledge of lawn care processes related to outdoor projects and landscape installations
