Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance and installation services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of horticulture, lawn care, and landscape construction. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising projects while ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and planting.
• Supervise and train team members in landscaping techniques and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines.
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition for optimal performance.
• Implement effective tree care practices, including pruning and health assessments.
• Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance and landscaping projects.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of lawn care practices, horticulture principles, and gardening techniques.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and their maintenance requirements.
• Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Valid and clean driver's license (required)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
