Duties

• Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews on diverse projects, including lawn care, planting, pruning, irrigation installation, and maintenance.
• Oversee landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, trimming, fertilizing, aeration, and pest control to ensure healthy and vibrant outdoor spaces.
• Manage irrigation systems by installing, repairing, and maintaining irrigation equipment to promote efficient water use.
• Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers to ensure proper care and health of landscape elements.
• Lead construction projects involving garden beds, pathways, retaining walls, and other landscape features with attention to detail and safety protocols.
• Assign tasks effectively among team members based on skills and project requirements while monitoring progress for timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations during all landscaping activities.
• Maintain equipment inventory, perform routine maintenance checks, and coordinate repairs as needed to maximize operational efficiency.

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or related outdoor projects.
