Duties

• Supervise daily operations of landscaping crews, assigning tasks related to lawn care, planting, pruning, irrigation, and general maintenance.
• Oversee landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, fertilizing, aerating, and pest control to ensure healthy and vibrant outdoor environments.
• Coordinate construction projects such as installing new landscapes, hardscapes, or irrigation systems from start to finish.
• Lead tree care operations including pruning, removal, and health assessments to promote safety and aesthetic appeal.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards by conducting regular inspections and training sessions.
• Manage equipment maintenance schedules for mowers, trimmers, irrigation tools, and other landscaping machinery to maximize operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with clients or property managers to understand project requirements and provide expert recommendations for landscape improvements.

Skills

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping design, or horticulture with a strong understanding of plant health and garden aesthetics.
• Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments with excellent leadership skills.
