* Employee discounts * Health insurance * Paid time off About the Role: Siesta Dunes Condominium Association is looking for a dedicated Landscaping Maintenance Technician to help keep our beautiful Sarasota, FL property looking its absolute best. This is a hands-on role where your work makes a visible, daily impact in a stunning coastal community. Responsibilities

* Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing * Maintain and prune shrubs, hedges, trees, and ornamental plantings throughout the property * Apply mulch, fertilizers, and pest control treatments as needed * Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers * Monitor irrigation systems and report or address issues to ensure proper watering * Remove weeds, debris, and dead plant material to maintain clean, attractive grounds * Assist with seasonal planting and landscape improvement projects

Requirements

* Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or lawn care maintenance * Ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently * Knowledge of Florida-friendly plants, turf, and tropical landscaping is a plus * Ability to work outdoors in heat and humidity for extended periods * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision * Valid driver's license preferred * Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
