All Seasons Landscaping LLC is a growing landscaping company serving Rockford, Loves Park, Machesney Park, Cherry Valley, and surrounding areas. Pay

• $18–$20 per hour
• Opportunities for raises based on performance, reliability, and skill development

Schedule

• Typical schedule: Sunday–Wednesday
• Additional hours available Thursday as workload requires
• Typical workday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Seasonal full-time position

Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Mulch installation and flowerbed maintenance
• Shrub trimming and pruning
• Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
• Landscape cleanups
• Loading and unloading equipment and materials
• Assisting with landscape installations and improvement projects
• Maintaining equipment and keeping work areas clean
• Providing high-quality service and attention to detail on every property

• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a team
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Ability to arrive at work on time and ready to work each day

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous landscaping experience
• Lawn maintenance experience
• Experience operating commercial mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience towing trailers
• Experience operating skid steers or compact equipment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
