.Our central shop is located right on the border of Jacksonville/Hampstead in Maple Hill, NC—giving our crews a quick, easy commute from Jacksonville, Holly Ridge, Sneads Ferry, and Hampstead.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 / hour (Based on experience and driver's license status)

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time available | Monday to Friday. No weekends!

Location: Based in Maple Hill, NC. Servicing Hampstead, Topsail, Jacksonville, and surrounding areas.

The Role

We are looking for reliable Full-Time and Part-Time Landscape Crew Members for the 2026 season. This is a versatile, active role where you will support our professional property maintenance and mowing crews to keep local commercial and residential properties looking pristine.

Key Responsibilities

Crew Support: Perform professional mowing, edging, string trimming, and clean debris from properties.

Landscape Projects: Assist in installing and maintaining landscapes, including planting, spreading mulch/pine straw, and bed preparation.

Property Care: Conduct routine maintenance like pruning small trees and shrubs to improve curb appeal.

Equipment Care: Safely operate and help maintain professional-grade mowers, blowers, weed eaters, and vehicles.

Qualifications & Requirements

Attitude First: Experience is preferred but NOT required. We prioritize a "Ready to Work" attitude and will fully train the right person.

Physical Fitness: Physical ability to work outdoors in hot weather and comfortably lift 50+ lbs daily.

Driver's License: Valid Driver’s License is strongly preferred (Drivers qualify for higher starting pay and quicker promotion).

Language: We welcome English-speaking, Bilingual, and Spanish-speaking candidates!

Reliability: Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a positive team attitude.
