Lawn Care Specialist/Crew Leader

is hiring dedicated and dependable lawn & landscape crew members! We're offering up to 50 hours per week (40 hrs standard + 10 hrs bonus time), weekly pay, and performance-based bonuses in a positive, growth-oriented work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform general lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, and pruning
• Assist with landscaping projects such as plant installs, mulch, sod, and grading
• Operate hand tools and landscape equipment
• Follow safety guidelines and complete jobs efficiently
• Work as part of a respectful and hard-working team

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license required
• Lawn care or landscaping experience preferred (but not required)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and perform outdoor physical labor
• Basic understanding of plant care and landscape tools is a plus
• Strong work ethic, team player, and ready to learn and grow
