Landscaping Crew Lead

Precision Maintenance Solutions is looking for an experienced Landscaping Crew Lead to join our growing team.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and values integrity, accountability, and excellence. If you have proven landscaping experience and enjoy building and leading a strong team, we'd love to talk with you.

Responsibilities

• Lead a landscaping crew on residential and commercial properties.
• Install sod, plants, mulch, irrigation repairs, and landscape enhancements.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members.
• Communicate professionally with management, customers, and team members.
• Maintain equipment, materials, and job site organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of landscaping experience, including at least 2 years in a crew lead or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a crew while maintaining productivity and quality.
• Valid Florida driver's license (required).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Pay

Compensation is based on proven experience. Starting pay is above average for the industry.
