Landscaping Laborer

Precision Maintenance Solutions is growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our landscaping team. We're looking for dependable people who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in doing quality work, and want to be part of a team built on integrity and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Install sod, plants, mulch, and landscape materials
• Assist with landscape maintenance and enhancement projects
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Keep job sites clean and organized
• Work safely and efficiently with the crew

Qualifications

• Landscaping experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Able to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in Florida weather
• Works well with others and can also complete tasks independently

Pay: Starting at $17/hour, with higher pay available based on experience.
