Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to ensure healthy, attractive turf.
• Maintain landscape features including planting, pruning trees and shrubs, and caring for gardens.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks like digging, planting, and landscape installation.
• Use equipment such as zero turn, chainsaws, snowblowers, and power washers.
• Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance to promote healthy plant growth.
• Conduct landscape maintenance routines including hardscape work like patio or walkway installation and repair.
• Support tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, or removal to ensure safety and aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and hand tools.
• Experience with lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance preferred.
• Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care techniques.
• Familiarity with construction processes related to landscaping projects is a plus.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
