• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators under supervision
• Perform lawn care tasks like mowing, edging, trimming trees, and pruning shrubs
• Maintain landscape features through regular upkeep such as irrigation system adjustments and garden care
• Conduct general site cleanup and debris removal to keep work areas tidy and safe
• Collaborate with team members on project execution, ensuring quality workmanship and safety compliance

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools
• Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred
• Ability to operate small machinery such as excavators or snow plows is a plus
• Knowledge of horticulture principles, tree care, irrigation systems, or hardscape installation is advantageous
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions carefully and work safely in outdoor environments
• Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping, tree trimming, or construction tasks
• Prior experience in landscaping or construction is beneficial but not required; training will be provided
