Responsibilities

• Mow lawns using power tools such as push mowers, riding mowers, and string trimmers to ensure precise and healthy turf.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including edging, trimming, pruning, and planting to enhance the aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment like shovels, rakes, blowers, and hedge trimmers safely and efficiently.
• Assist with installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls under supervision.
• Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and basic tree health assessments with proper techniques.
• Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or malfunctions and performing minor repairs when needed.
• Conduct general site cleanup and debris removal to uphold high standards of safety and presentation.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscaping equipment and hand tools.
• Prior experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening or horticulture is preferred.
• Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively; experience with excavators or snow plowing is a plus but not required.
• Strong physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
