Job Duties Include

• Weed whacking & edging
• Lawn mowing & maintenance
• Equipment checks & care
• Digging & heavy lifting
• Snow removal (seasonal)
• Assisting with:
• Hardscaping (patios, walkways, retaining walls)
• Fence installations
• Drainage projects
• General landscaping tasks

Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping tasks such as planting, pruning, and maintaining trees/shrubs
• Assist with installation of hardscape features
• Operate and maintain hand & power tools safely
• Support irrigation installs and maintenance
• Work independently or as part of a team
• Follow safety guidelines and keep job sites clean

Qualifications

• Landscaping or lawn maintenance experience preferred (not required — we will train!)
• Strong work ethic & reliability
• Team player with good communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Must have steel toe boots
• Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions
