```Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various landscaping tasks and ensuring the overall maintenance and appearance of outdoor spaces. This is a physically demanding role that requires working in various weather conditions.

Duties

- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns and hardscape

- Plant flowers, trees, and shrubs according to landscape plans

- Assist with the installation of irrigation systems

- Operate hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks

- Dig trenches and holes for planting or installing landscape features

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

- Assist with the construction of walkways, patios, and other hardscape elements

- Perform snow plowing and ice removal during winter months

Qualifications

- Previous experience in landscaping or related field is preferred but not required

- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently

- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous outdoor work

- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repairs is a plus

- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and plant care is beneficial

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
