Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscaper to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. Duties

• Perform landscape installation including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to ensure lush, healthy turf.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment such as trimmers, blowers, lawn mowers, excavators, and irrigation systems for efficient landscape care.
• Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal to promote healthy growth and safety.
• Implement landscape maintenance tasks like soil preparation, mulching, watering schedules, and pest management.
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for properties.
• Support construction projects involving hardscape installation or landscape redesigns with precise craftsmanship.

Experience

• Prior experience in landscaping or horticulture is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems related to irrigation or landscape equipment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques including lawn care, tree trimming, and gardening practices.
• Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Experience working with construction machinery such as excavators or other heavy equipment is a plus....
