Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team ASAP (preferably by JULY 1st or within the first week of JULY)! This role is essential for maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' landscapes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in lawn care and landscaping, demonstrating mechanical knowledge and proficiency with various tools and equipment and works at a fast but safe pace. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing outdoor spaces through meticulous care and maintenance.

Duties

• Perform lawn care services, including mowing, fertilization, aeration, and weed control to ensure healthy grass growth.
• Execute landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, and trimming shrubs and trees.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as excavators for various landscaping projects.
• Provide general maintenance of landscapes by removing debris and ensuring the cleanliness of the work area.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.

MUST HAVES

• Reliable transportation
• Clean background
• Some experience in lawn care activities and equipment (although training will be provided
• Be in decent physical health that allows you to move at a fast but safe pace.

Experience

• Proven experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is preferred.
• Familiarity with mechanical operations related to lawn maintenance equipment.
• Knowledge of tree care practices including tree trimming and maintenance.
• Experience with gardening techniques and landscape design principles is a plus.
• Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
