Duties

• Maintain landscape features including planting, pruning, shrubbery trimming, and tree care to enhance visual appeal
• Operate hand tools and power equipment like trimmers, blowers, and lawnmowers efficiently and safely
• Use machinery such as excavators for landscaping projects or site preparation tasks
• Install and repair irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and turf
• Execute hardscape installations including walkways, patios, retaining walls, and other landscape structures
• Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for pedestrians

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot landscaping equipment and tools effectively
• Experience with lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance is highly preferred
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques, horticulture principles, and tree care practices
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently in various outdoor settings
• Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and maintenance is a plus
