Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscaper to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. Duties

• Perform landscape installation including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
• Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to ensure healthy turf growth
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as trimming, pruning, and landscape shaping
• Conduct landscape maintenance activities including irrigation system installation and repair, tree care, and seasonal snow plowing when applicable
• Use machinery such as excavators for larger construction projects or site preparation
• Perform routine horticultural tasks like pruning trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and environmental regulations while delivering high-quality results

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and tools including hand tools, power tools, and machinery like excavators
• Expertise in lawn care practices such as mowing, fertilizing, aeration, and pest management
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including irrigation systems, tree trimming, gardening, and snow plowing
