Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscaper to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. Duties

• Perform landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing hardscape features such as patios and walkways
• Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to ensure lush and healthy turf
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks
• Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as pruning, tree care, irrigation system installation and repair, and seasonal snow plowing
• Use heavy machinery like excavators for site preparation, grading, or removal projects under supervision
• Assist with horticultural practices including soil preparation, planting, watering, and pest control
• Perform routine equipment maintenance to ensure optimal operation of tools and machinery

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools
• Experience with lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices
• Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators
• Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care best practices
• Ability to perform tree trimming, pruning, and tree care safely and effectively
• Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
