In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing residential and commercial landscapes through skilled planting, trimming, mowing, and hardscape installation. Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, fertilizing, and weed control to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor environments
• Operate hand tools, power tools, lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and excavators safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects
• Install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures with precision and attention to detail
• Manage irrigation systems by installing, repairing, and maintaining sprinklers and drip systems to promote optimal plant health
• Identify different plant species and provide appropriate care tailored to each type’s needs while managing pest control using pesticides responsibly in accordance with safety regulations
• Conduct tree care including trimming, pruning, removal, and health assessments to ensure safety and aesthetics
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow plowing or winterizing landscapes as needed to maintain year-round beauty and accessibility

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating landscaping equipment and construction tools
• Proven landscape maintenance skills including lawn care, gardening, planting, pruning, and hardscape installation
• Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture principles, and pest management techniques
