Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and trimming trees and shrubs to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as excavators, lawnmowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently
• Install and maintain hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures
• Conduct gardening activities including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees while adhering to horticultural best practices
• Carry out snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties
• Assist with irrigation system installation and repairs to promote healthy plant growth
• Support construction projects related to landscape design or renovation efforts with excavation and site preparation tasks

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various landscaping machinery and hand tools confidently
