Landscape Technician

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for outdoor work. This role involves various landscaping tasks, including lawn care, landscape maintenance, and horticulture. The Landscape Technician will play a vital role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the city through quality workmanship and attention to detail. Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care activities such as mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain healthy grass and landscapes.
• Execute landscape maintenance tasks including planting, weeding, and mulching to ensure vibrant gardens and green spaces.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects.
• Conduct tree care activities including tree trimming, pruning, and removal as necessary.
• Operate children's train
• Manage snow plowing duties during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various landscaping equipment effectively.
• Familiarity with horticulture principles, gardening techniques, and landscape design concepts.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Experience with maintenance of landscaping tools and equipment is essential.
• A valid driver's license is required for transportation to job sites.
