Position Requirements

• Unrestricted driver’s license
• Ability to drive truck and trailers
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to work in inclement weather conditions when required
• Ability to perform labor intensive tasks
• Ability to work 8-10 hour days, some evenings and overtime
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to follow written and oral directions
• Willingness to learn new skills

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Experience with commercial grade mowers, trimmer and blowers
• Experience with landscaping tools and equipment
• Experience with installing new landscapes
• MDOT physical card
• Commercial snow removal experience

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure all work meets A+’s quality standards
• Operator mowers, trimmer and blowers
• Operate landscaping equipment
• Perform labor intensive tasks
• Install trees, shrubs and plants
• Install pavers, stone and block
• Keep work trucks and equipment clean and organized
• Perform operator level maintenance on equipment used
• Comply with all policies and safety protocols
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule

• Day shift
• Monday- Friday
• Most weekends off
• Paid holidays

Supplemental pay

* Bonus pay

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
