Landscape Maintenance Worker

Also a driver license is a plus but not required. Pay based on experience. 1-3 years Landscaping experience preferred.

Duties

• Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to maintain healthy turf and vibrant gardens
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like pruning, digging, aerating, and general landscape maintenance
• Conduct routine landscape upkeep including weed control, mulching, and seasonal snow plowing when necessary
• Maintain equipment through regular cleaning and basic mechanical troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance

Skills

• Experience in lawn care, gardening, landscape maintenance, and hardscape installation is highly desirable
• Ability to use hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes, and wheelbarrows efficiently
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques in landscaping and tree care
