Range: $18.50-$20.00

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscape Laborer to assist with the installation, maintenance, and improvement of residential and commercial landscapes. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, is physically capable of performing manual labor, and works well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas.
• Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation.
• Install mulch, sod, rock, and other landscape materials.
• Prune trees, shrubs, and hedges.
• Remove weeds, leaves, debris, and litter from job sites.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, and other hand and power tools.
• Assist with irrigation installation, repairs, and maintenance as needed.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
• Dig, rake, shovel, and perform other manual labor associated with landscape installation and maintenance.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Perform other landscaping and grounds maintenance duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to safely lift and carry 50 pounds on a regular basis and perform strenuous physical labor throughout the workday.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work on uneven terrain for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and direct sunlight.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Valid driver's license is preferred.
