$20.00–$30.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

As a Landscape Laborer, you'll work alongside an experienced crew on a variety of residential and commercial landscaping projects. Duties may include:

• Installing mulch, black dirt, decorative stone, and plants
• Building retaining walls and other hardscape features
• Grading and preparing job sites
• Lawn renovations, seeding, and sod installation
• Operating hand tools and power equipment
• Assisting with loading, unloading, and transporting materials
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Performing other landscaping and property improvement tasks as assigned

Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to learn new skills while working outdoors.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to perform physically demanding work and lift 50+ pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Landscaping or construction experience is a plus, but not required—we are willing to train the right person.
