You notice details. You don’t mind getting dirty if the end result looks sharp.

We build landscapes that are meant to last—gardens, patios, retaining walls, walkways, and lighting. It’s physical work, it’s technical at times, and it’s done by a crew that takes pride in doing things properly (not quickly, not sloppily).

What the job actually looks like

• Preparing job sites and setting projects up for success
• Installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other landscape features
• Planting and maintaining garden beds and lawns
• Digging trenches and handling land clearing tasks
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment
• Using tools like drills, chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, and measuring equipment
• Keeping tools and equipment clean, safe, and ready to go
• Reading plans and blueprints and translating them into finished work
• Working closely with the Crew Foreman and the rest of the team
• Following safety procedures (every time, no exceptions)

• Take pride in doing solid work

• Communicate clearly and work well with others
• Can think through problems instead of freezing when plans change
• Care about safety, quality, and doing things right

The not-so-glamorous (but important) details

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Work outdoors in varying conditions — heat, cold, rain, dust, and noise
• Fast-paced workdays with occasional weekend scheduling during peak season
• This is a seasonal position dependent on weather and workload
